Profile

Tatiana builds businesses that move markets. She assesses where the real opportunity sits, defines what makes it valuable, designs the plan and stands up the organization to capture it, and leads the teams that execute. Across almost 20 years in life sciences she has done that from pre-revenue portfolios through blockbuster brands, holding P&L approaching $1B in revenue and hiring and scaling commercial organizations across three continents.

She started as a chemical engineer in operational excellence across Novartis sites around the world. In Mexico she was hand selected into commercial to drive execution for a cardiovascular and metabolism portfolio representing 30% of the national business. There she also built the immunology business unit that launched three indications of Cosentyx, Novartis' blockbuster brand, and secured a historic insurance listing forecast to surpass the five year sales target by 100%. That record moved her to the US, where she led the Northeast sales business from last place to top three, then owned that same molecule at indication level, driving 12% growth in psoriatic arthritis first line use and a 37% year over year net sales increase against heavy competitor entry.

Since leaving large pharma she has worked at the point where capital meets execution. She built the Boston hub for Portal Innovations, a venture fund with incubator lab space, entering one of the most competitive innovation ecosystems in the country and earning the reputation that brought 24 companies to the space. She advised on life sciences dealmaking with Interlink Markets, and as Chief Business Officer of Saya Biologics built the five year go to market and financial plan for a pre-revenue biosimilars portfolio, from cost of commercial launch through revenue and exit strategy, and selected the CDMO partners to execute it. Today she originates and diligences healthcare investments as Director of Life Sciences and Healthcare Investments at Areca Financial Services, leads the Boston chapter of VNTR, a global investor network, and advises founders and investors through Supra Advisory, which she founded in 2023.

She holds an MBA and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from MIT, serves on the boards and councils of Latinos in Bio, the Women's Foundation of Massachusetts, and the Food Allergy Science Initiative, and was named to The BLOC100 in 2025 and Boston Globe's ALX Honoree 2026, Laitno Latino Leaders making a difference across Massachusetts.
