Exhibitors may not set up or tear down outside of the specified times without approval from the LSX Operations team.

Wednesday 9th October, 2024: 14:00 - 17:00

Think sustainably:
- Need a banner? Do you have one you can reuse
- Getting a banner printed? Consider the content so you can reuse at future events
- Offering giveaways? Consider the item, how the attendees might use it and how it will be disposed of
- Using a delivery service? Is it needed could you bring the items in your luggage?

DELIVERIES
PARTNERING AT YOUR BOOTH
Exhibiting companies may choose to take meetings at their exhibit booth.
If you would like your confirmed meetings to be scheduled at your exhibit booth, please send an email to our partneringONE manager - Jake Staines - jake.staines@informa.com by Monday, 9th September. The partnering platform (partneringONE) opens on September 10th. Meetings are scheduled instantly upon mutual agreement of both parties. For further questions please reach out directly to Jake.
