Joakim Falkner has over 20 years of transactional experience in the life sciences and healthcare sector. He has been part of numerous IPOs and capital raisings in Sweden, including the Swedish IPO and subsequent U.S. dual listing of Calliditas, as well as the U.S. IPO of Olink. Prior to joining ABG Sundal Collier’s investment banking team, Joakim worked at leading international law firms White & Case and Baker & McKenzie.
