Natalya is a life sciences investor and business development leader with over 14 years of experience across venture capital, global pharma partnerships, and healthcare innovation. She has a strong track record in sourcing and executing early-stage investments, managing biotech and healthtech portfolios, and supporting founders through strategic growth and governance.

Most recently, she served as Investment Manager at High-Tech Gründerfonds, one of Europe’s leading early-stage investors, where she led seed investments and managed a portfolio of biotech and healthtech companies across Germany and Europe. Prior to that, she held global and regional business development roles at the Menarini Group, driving oncology partnerships, licensing deals, and cross-border collaborations.

She is a Co-Founder and Vice Chair of BackingHerVenture, an international non-profit advancing female entrepreneurship in healthcare through a transatlantic network and venture readiness programs.

She holds an MBA in European Management and a PhD in Natural Sciences.
