Women in Life Science Denmark (WiLD) is a leading Nordic network for senior women across the Danish life science ecosystem, and part of a Nordic collaboration with WiLD Norway and VILDA Sweden.

WiLD brings together executives, board members, experienced specialists, and top-level scientists from industry and academia. Our purpose is to strengthen value creation in Danish life science by unlocking the full potential of diverse talent at executive and senior specialist levels.

We create a science-centric, inspiring forum that increases the visibility and influence of women in top leadership roles. Through role modelling, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and public engagement, WiLD members actively contribute to shaping a more inclusive, competitive, and future-ready life science sector.
