This event is limited to registered attendees and caps at 20 individuals.
WHAT?
The Barrel Bus Brewery Tour will be a unique experience visiting two exceptional Breweries in Chicago. Guests will enjoy samples at each brewery. Along the route, our experienced guide will provide you with details on each location, and they can provide interesting stories of Chicago’s bootleggers and architecture.
WHEN and WHERE?
Meet the MDRP Team in the auto lobby of The Fairmont Hotel on Monday, September 15th at 6:30pm. Take elevator inside hotel to level B2. Upon exiting the elevator bank, turn right and proceed up short ramp. Go through the revolving door.
At the end of the Tour you will be dropped back off at the Fairmont Hotel. Dinner will be provided at the second brewery, including a vegetarian option.

We regret to inform potential participants that the Barrel Bus is custom transportation vehicle that requires entry using steps and a seating configuration without wheelchair spaces or a lift or ramp. The wood staves, steel hoops, and curved shape resonates the feeling of a real barrel. The copper and brass handrails, lights, and accessories mimic the classic equipment used in the brewing and fermenting process. The vertically opening door was engineered to envision hidden cellars of the 1920’s prohibition era. The configuration of the Barrel Bus® / Barrel Trolley® is registered [as a service mark] in [the] U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The bus does not include seatbelts. If you have specific mobility requirements, please do let the MDRP Team know ahead so we can assist with alternate transportation.
