Ms. Burton-Meza currently works for Gilead Sciences, as an Associate Director in the Managed Markets Strategy and Operations, Rebate Operations team. She has over 12 years of experience in life sciences having worked in government pricing, government rebates, SOX audits, 340B program integrity and several other managed markets related functions. In May 2016, she completed her Masters in Jurisprudence in Health Law with a certificate in compliance through Loyola University, Chicago and published her thesis on 340B Contract Pharmacy relationships. During her career she lead 340B program integrity efforts working on self-disclosures, good faith discussions and analysis of 340B data. Currently she is managing the government rebate team handling Cathy also participates in industry 340B collaborative work groups and is a faculty member for Apexus 340B University.
