Farruq Jafery is a pharmaceutical market access, pricing and revenue management executive with deep expertise in payer strategy, GTN optimization, and commercialization models across chronic care, specialty and rare disease therapeutic categories. With more than two decades of leadership experience, he has built and led high-performing teams responsible for strategic pricing and contracting, government pricing compliance, market access insights, GTN governance, healthcare reform assessments, contract and rebate operations.

Most recently, Farruq concluded a highly successful 17-year run as Head/VP of Pricing, Contract Operations & Reimbursement at Novo Nordisk, where he oversaw US pricing governance, payer contracting, and end-to-end revenue management across a multibillion-dollar portfolio. His leadership strengthened enterprise pricing discipline, modernized contract operations, and advanced payer engagement models during a period of significant policy and competitive disruption.

Farruq is recognized for his ability to integrate data driven insights into access strategies, and for shaping organizational decision-making around affordability, channel economics, and evolving regulatory requirements including 340B strategy, IRA Medicare MFP and MFN (Most Favored Nation) and Medicaid.
