Arsalan Khan is the Founder and CEO of K4 Group of Companies, where he has led the transformation of the business into a multi-service operation supporting events through security, medical, CCTV, training, workforce and operational services.

His leadership is built on more than two decades of frontline and operational experience. Arsalan began his career at 16 as a Safety Steward at Brentford Football Club and has since worked across every level of the industry, from frontline delivery through to strategic leadership. That experience continues to shape how K4 grows: building the systems, people and partnerships needed to deliver at scale without losing responsiveness or accountability.

In 2026, Arsalan received an Honorary Doctorate in Public Safety & Security Leadership from the Avicenna Foundation, recognising his work in large-scale security operations, the transformation of K4, and his use of technology, structured systems and training pathways to create operational impact.

The same year, he was named a Rising Star at the British Asians Who’s Who Awards 2026 and recognised among the Top 100 British Asians in the UK, reflecting his growing influence as a business and industry leader.

A qualified Safety Officer with Level 4 Spectator Safety, Level 5 Crowd Management and Level 6 Health & Safety qualifications, Arsalan combines technical knowledge with a practical understanding of what successful event delivery looks like on the ground.
