Benoît Honnart is a senior executive in the events, experiences, and services industry with more than 20 years of international leadership across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

He is currently CEO of THA, part of the Armonia Group, where he leads the company’s expansion across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and international markets. His focus is on delivering high-impact staffing and operational solutions for mega-events, luxury brands, and cultural destinations, while strengthening governance, operational excellence, digital enablement, and ESG-driven sustainable delivery models.

Previously, Benoît served as CEO of Electra, a leading event production company in the GCC, where he drove regional growth, launched new verticals, and delivered major global projects including Expo 2020 Dubai, Expo 2025 Osaka, and the FIFA World Cup Qatar. He now remains a Board Member.

Born in Paris, he spent nearly a decade in Shanghai before settling in Dubai, and is known for his entrepreneurial mindset and people-centric leadership.
