Profile
Nearly four decades. Five continents. Experiences built to carry weight.
A career been built on work where experience design and strategic architecture carry equal weight. Civic, cultural, corporate, and government-led programs across Australia, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. The Middle East has become a significant professional home. Complex, high-profile, high-scrutiny work at a scale that sharpens every instinct you have.
The through-line has been designing the conditions for things to actually work. Operating frameworks that hold very different institutions together. Environments where governments, industry, civil society, and the public move in the same direction, under scrutiny, in real time.
The experience economy isn’t a theory I apply after the fact. It’s where my design thinking starts. Events move people. They shift perspectives, build common ground, leave shared memory behind, and equally need to be commercially sound. The measure I apply is transformation. What did participants carry out that they didn’t bring in?
I’ve contributed to the industry through board service, mentoring, guest lecturing, and judging. A jury room should be a place of honest, rigorous assessment. That’s what I show up to do.
