Georgia is the Partnerships Manager at JAM Event Services, where she leads strategic partnerships and business development across the Middle East, connecting clients with specialist event safety, crowd management, staffing and operational solutions. With over three and a half years at JAM, Georgia began her career within the company's Safety division, gaining hands on operational experience before moving into Partnerships. This unique background enables her to understand both the commercial objectives of clients and the practical requirements of delivering safe, successful events.

Throughout her career, Georgia has supported the delivery of major international sporting and live events, working alongside leading organisations including RCS, Linkviva and BWS on projects such as the Abu Dhabi Marathon, UAE Tour, Run & Ride and AlUla Season. Originally from England and now based in Dubai, she is passionate about building long term relationships, fostering collaboration across the industry and creating opportunities that drive lasting value for clients and partners.
