She began her career with leading hotel brands, including InterContinental, Jumeirah, Kempinski, and Address Hotels, before transitioning into the events industry with Dish Catering & Events, RMAL Hospitality, and currently Rikas Hospitality Group, where she leads Sales & Events. Alongside her corporate career, Jazmin is one of the wedding planners behind The Wedding Coach, creating bespoke celebrations for couples across the UAE. She also holds a Master’s degree in PR, Events, and Communications, combining strategic expertise with creativity to deliver exceptional guest experiences and memorable events.
