Jemma Joy is the Founder of Standard Practice Business Consulting FZE LLC and a governance and operational systems specialist with over 15 years’ experience in the live events and professional services sectors. She has led integrated management systems aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and specialises in ESG integration, HR systems, document control, risk and organisational governance for SMEs.
Prior to launching her consultancy, Jemma held senior leadership roles within event technology businesses, where she was responsible for business administration, compliance, IT oversight, and strategic systems development across the Middle East.
Jemma is passionate about raising industry standards through structured frameworks, clear processes, and practical implementation, and is committed to supporting excellence, accountability, and sustainable growth within the events industry.
