Jessie Quintilla is a strategic People & Culture leader with over 20 years' experience partnering with CEOs and senior leadership teams to build high-performing, culture-led organisations across the GCC. As People & Culture Director at LINKVIVA, one of the region's leading events agencies, she owns the enterprise people agenda — from workforce planning and organisational design to talent, performance, and culture. She is a CIPD Chartered Member (Level 7) and a certified Brain-Based Coach.

Beyond her corporate role, Jessie has served the Filipino HR community as a founding member of the non-profit FilHR since 2010, where she chaired the Board of Directors. She was named one of the 100 Most Influential Filipinos in the Gulf by Illustrado Magazine, and is an active community advocate for financial literacy. Above all, she is passionate about bringing out the best in people — on stage, in the boardroom, and across the communities she serves.
