Mila Seku is a Design Director for LINKVIVA's Mega Festival Division, overseeing all creative delivery: branding, scenic, and structural design; across a portfolio of large-scale festivals spanning sport, wellbeing, fashion, beauty, and music. Her most recent project, the Kayan Wellness Festival, won Best Festival of the Year in 2025 and is nominated again for 2026. Bridging the present with an imaginative future, Mila's practice reimagines how the digital and physical merge to create immersive experiences. Her expertise lies in destination-making; engineering semi-permanent structures and spatial environments that turn a site into an experience worth traveling for. Combining a passion for research and technology with contextual, experiential design, she has collaborated with both renowned art-house and commercial clients.
