Nowshir is a UAE-based industry leader with over 20 years of experience across event management and experiential education, having been part of the region’s growth since 2004. As the founder of EMDI, he has trained over 20,000 students across multiple countries, shaping the future of the events industry.

Today, as CEO of SM PRO, Nowshir leads a multiple award-winning experiential agency delivering high-impact projects across the UAE and KSA for government and leading brands. Under his leadership SM PRO has grown “5X" over the last 3 years whilst retaining the agencies core values and boutique setup. A founding member of The Event Group (TEG) and one of the region’s longest-standing awards jurors, he is widely respected for his strategic insight, creative leadership, and enduring contribution to elevating industry standards.
