Sara Correia founded Springevents Europe, based in Portugal and operating across Europe, and continues to lead it as Managing Director. In 2025 she launched Springevents Middle East in Dubai, which she also heads. For over two decades she has delivered specialist staffing for European and international congresses. She also teaches at NOVA SBE Executive Education, where her work focuses on applying AI to real-world professional productivity. Based in Dubai and travelling to Europe as needed, Sara works hands-on with AI tools across both businesses and brings a practitioner's perspective to what actually works.
