Shaikh Fahad is a Marketing Manager at MCH Global, an award-winning experiential and culture marketing agency with hubs in Dubai and Zurich. His work spans content production, media relations, and strategic marketing for MCH Global across Dubai, KSA and Zurich.

Beyond his corporate role, Fahad is a well-known figure in the Dubai running community. He serves as an ASICS FrontRunner Captain and hosts "What The Fahad," a running and lifestyle podcast that explores the intersection of fitness, culture, and storytelling. He is also a recognised content creator, with his podcast winning an award at last year’s MENTL Awards.

At MEES 2026, Fahad will moderate the session "Creators, Communities & the Future of Engagement," bringing his firsthand experience as both a marketer and a creator to a conversation on how brands and communities connect in today's digital landscape.
