Arrived in Dubai, Feb 2028 just in time for the financial crisis, which was particularly acute in the construction sector. I joined dmg event with responsibility for the Big 5 construction event. We pivoted, employing an Arabic team which opened the local market, plus led the launch of Saudi Big 5. Now one of the region's largest and most successful events.

Following that, I was moved to ADIPEC, annualizing that event, launching the Business conference, Young ADIPEC and Women in Oil & Gas initiatives. Following two successful years as President at dmg events and seven years in total, I departed to study for an MBA.

In 2019 I joined Messe Frankfurt as Regional CEO, managing through COVID, and onto a five year stint during which the company was nominated for several awards including Employer of the Year, Trade Show of the Year. As I departed in 2023, the company was one of the most profitable, out of 29 subsidiaries.

I have since launched Long-Stile, a regional event consultancy with an exclusive client network focused on Clarion Events, opening offices in KSA and here in the UAE.
