As Chief Public Affairs Officer at Viola Communications, part of 2.0 Group, Tala leads public affairs and strategic advisory services, supporting the company and its clients in policy positioning, stakeholder engagement, and market entry and expansion. She operates at the intersection of business, policy, and influence, helping organizations unlock long-term value and accelerate growth in complex environments.

Previously, as Executive Director at Viola Communications, she led the transformation and growth of the PR and Influence Vertical, expanding regional reach, building high-value client partnerships, and introducing innovative platforms that strengthened the firm's market position.

Tala serves as an Executive Board Member of the Middle East Public Relations Association (MEPRA)and brings senior leadership experience from ASDA'A BCW (now Burson), Ketchum Raad, and Qatar Foundation (via BLJ Worldwide), alongside her entrepreneurial track record as co-founder of TRACCS Jordan and founder of VARCC Communications.

She is an alumna of executive education at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, and a fellow of both the John Smith Trust (UK)and Leaders for Democracy Fellowship (USA).
