Alison Chave heads the debt capital markets division for JLL Canada and is responsible for developing its debt brokerage and advisory services, delivering best-in-class service to clients, and partnering with the company’s business in the Americas. Her career spans over 30 years and includes brokerage, lending, appraisal, risk management and portfolio management at several high-profile Quebec-based institutions. This extensive experience provides her with deep connections to the industry and a solid understanding of different stakeholders' perspectives, allowing her to negotiate optimal financing for her clients. During her career, she has been involved in more than $5B dollars in financings. With real estate and infrastructure responsible for close to 40% of global carbon emissions, Alison is proud to be part of an organization with wide-ranging commitments to sustainability.
