Dr. Natalie Voland is a developer, public speaker, and changemaker who is redefining how real estate can serve as a catalyst for environmental action and social inclusion. With a foundation in social work, she brings a human-centered, purpose-driven vision to development, protecting heritage buildings while transforming them into vibrant community assets.
As President of GI Quo Vadis, Natalie led Québec’s first real estate company to achieve B Corp certification, becoming a leader in the province’s socially responsible business movement proving that market success can directly support climate action and community well-being. She is also the co-founder of Groupe DANŪ, leading a pioneering approach to carbon free housing with five thousand planned residential units across Québec.
Bridging academia and industry, Natalie completed her PhD at Concordia University on the systemic barriers to carbon-neutral construction and co-directs the Zero Carbon Buildings Accelerator, advancing national best practices for sustainable development.
