Sam is Co-Founder and Co-President of ROSEFELLOW., a Montreal based real estate development firm. In the time since its incorporation, RoseFellow. has acquired and is developing multi-residential and Class-A industrial properties in the province of Quebec and Ontario. Sam has a proven track record with over 15 years of experience driving sales and growth in the real estate sector. Prior to founding RoseFellow., Sam was the director of real estate with two prominent developers in Montreal. Sam is also a member of the Hellenic board of trade where he was recently awarded the top entrepreneur under 40. Sam holds a professional MBA from McGill.
