Secure Hotel Reservation (Due Now)
We recommend you make a reservation as soon as possible to take advantage of our group rates and the host hotel fills up quickly! As a speaker, we will cover 1-night's stay with any additional nights being covered by the individual.
Terranea Resort
100 Terranea Way, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275
- Check-in time: 4pm, check-out time: 11am
- The group rate is $355 + $15 resort fee + tax per night (based on availability).
- This discounted group rate is available to book until Monday, July 7, 2025, but is based on availability.
- Reminder: You will be charged a 1-night deposit at the time of booking. This charge is fully refundable until July 26, 2025.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received before 21 days prior to arrival will be charged 1 night room & tax.
How to Book- Once you've completed your registration you'll receive an email confirmation from fsevents@informa.com that includes details on how to book hotel. If you haven't received this email, please contact us by clicking here.
Submit Session Title & Description (Due ASAP)
Session titles and descriptions will be included on our event website and mobile app’s agenda. Session titles will be used for onsite signage.
We have new Content Pillars to serve as strategic guideposts that shape the direction, depth, and relevance of our programming. Please select one or more of these on the form if they apply to your session.

Complete Your Speaker Profile (Due ASAP)
To create a speaker profile we will need the following items. Please note that what is submitted for the speaker profile will be displayed on our event website and mobile app.
- First and last name
- Job Title
- Company Name
- Headshot: high resolution
- Bio: 75 - 250 words
Submit Session Management Form (Due Friday, June 27th)
Please use this form to indicate AV and room needs for your session such as microphone and barstool count.
Submit Final Presentation (Due Friday, August 15)
Final Presentations are due by Friday, August 15 (if applicable).

By submitting a speaker's headshot and bio as part of agreeing to speak at the event, you certify that you have permission and authority to provide Informa use of the content submitted via email and within the speaker profile form. You likewise grant Informa the right to use this speaker’s image, name, company name, photograph, voice, likeness (“Image”) and the statements and works in connection with the event provided that Informa does not otherwise alter the content of the recordings or change the tone, tenor or context of the presentation.
