Becky Cavanaugh has more than 20+ years’ experience in the medical meetings industry. In December 2024, she joined MGME in a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, management and execution of all meeting and event-related activities as Director, Operations. Becky’s background and experience is key to the MGME team as she will have a strategic focus on client engagement, satisfaction, and agency-level horizontal account growth. Becky leads an experienced team and ensures that all meetings are aligned with MGME’s client’s business goals, delivering consistent quality, and she’ll actively contribute to the expansion and growth of client accounts. Prior to this, Becky spent almost 18 years in various roles at Syneos Health, most recently as a Program Director, Global Medical Meetings and Events where she helped various sizes of companies in pharma, biotech, diagnostic and other CRO clients with their global medical meeting & event and project management needs. Becky’s passions include her family, Pure Barre, and world travel. She’s excited to visit her last of the 7 continents in 2026 – Antarctica!
