Michelle Kaminski is the Global Meetings & Events Director for Global Functions at AstraZeneca, leading a team of 20+ project managers across the US, Canada, Mexico, Portugal, and the UK. She oversees enterprise meeting services for Global Units and Oncology Congresses across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats, with responsibility for supplier governance, policy adherence, compliance, and financial stewardship. Her remit includes demand management, preferred venue strategy, budgeting and reconciliation, analytics, and compliance reporting. Michelle partners with senior stakeholders to implement policy, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement. She holds an MBA and BS from the University of Delaware. She mentors University of Delaware business students and serves as a Member at Large for the YoUDee Spirit Alumni Association.
