Catherine Kaucher is a Global Healthcare Compliance Officer and Director at Johnson & Johnson, where she is responsible for leading a team to identify and prioritize areas of risk and supporting ethical and risk-based decision-making throughout the global pharmaceutical business. This includes providing strategic guidance that have health care compliance-related implications to business leaders, providing direction and oversight of the Health Care Compliance (HCC) Program and ensure the business integration of health care compliance and corporate integrity principles. She also leads compliance efforts Globally on Precision Medicine as the Compliance SME. Catherine has spent 24 years in the pharmaceutical industry with significant time in compliance, is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and received a Health Care Compliance Certificate from Seton Hall Law School.
