David King is the Head of U.S. Compliance at Alexion, the AstraZeneca Rare Disease Unit, where David and his Boston based team support Alexion’s commercial operations in the United States. Prior to joining Alexion, David held multiple roles at Merck & Co., Inc. including Anti-Corruption and Global Investigations Counsel and Ethics & Compliance Officer for Public Policy, Communications, and Patient Innovation & Engagement. Prior to moving in-house, David was an attorney at Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C.
