Dom Donovan is a Managing Director at Ankura with over 15 years of experience delivering consulting and advisory services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industry clients on a variety of compliance topics. With a proven track record of leadership, Dom has successfully guided global teams in performing compliance-centric operations, assessments and investigations, contract risk compliance, third-party contract assessments for material supply channel partners, and HCP Fair Market Value assessments.

Throughout her tenure in the life sciences industry, Dom has successfully designed, managed, and executed reviews and inspections of clients’ contractual business partners, including pharmacy benefits managers (PBMs), distributors, wholesalers, contract research organizations (CROs), and other integral third-party relationships. These initiatives were accompanied by focused engagements addressing contract risk compliance, revenue/cost recovery, and third-party risk management governance and controls.

Additionally, Dom regularly assists clients with various aspects of corporate compliance and operational risk management, including assisting clients with comprehensive corporate compliance program assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Dom has led initiatives to assist clients with drafting global policies and procedures addressing a wide range of compliance dimensions, including but not limited to HCP engagement and contracting, fair market value, patient support programs, compliance auditing and monitoring, and interactions with healthcare professionals, as well as reporting, investigating, and responding to compliance violations. Dom has also supported the development and implementation of HCP FMV models, frameworks, and tools for managing fee-for-service activities associated with various HCP specialties in countries around the world.
