Elizabeth Weiss, J.D. is a Compliance attorney with extensive experience partnering with business leaders, supporting the development and maintenance of an effective Compliance framework, fostering a business-owned Compliance mindset, and providing practical guidance and counsel to mitigate risk and accomplish business goals compliantly. She provides strategic direction, prioritizes, and leads engaged teams to ensure an effective compliance program and a strong culture of integrity, transparency, and partnership.

Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience in legal & compliance roles. Currently, she is the Head of Compliance & Ethics for the Americas and EMEA at Lupin Inc. Formerly, she was the Senior Director of Compliance at LEO Pharma, Inc. where she led the U.S. Ethics, Risk & Compliance team in establishing an effective compliance program. Before that, Elizabeth spent 11 years at Pfizer Inc. as the Assistant General Counsel and Compliance Lead for a variety of areas, including the Global Health & Patient Access group, the patient support programs group, and the global manufacturing, distribution, and quality division. Prior to joining Pfizer, Elizabeth practiced law for 9 years with the law firm Shearman & Sterling LLP.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
