As EY Americas Health Assurance Advisory Leader, Kip helps companies access the EY global organization’s deep knowledge to address risk and complexity while identifying opportunities to drive long-term value and advance the Finance, C-suite and board agenda. He’s also the Forensics Industry Group Leader for Consumer and Health.

Kip focuses on conducting global compliance assessments, assisting in the development of compliance structures and performing investigations in the life sciences industry. He works with external legal counsel, internal audit and compliance functions on global matters arising under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, as well as numerous other country-specific and domestic laws. In the health space, Kip has supported some of the largest cost recovery efforts of non-profit hospitals impacted by COVID-19.

Kip holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Biology from Washington and Lee University. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
