Marci is a seasoned management consultant with over 20 years of life science experience. She specializes in advising life science companies on optimizing operations while addressing compliance and risk. Her extensive experience includes providing pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies with effective advice on program implementation, operational excellence, compliance governance, change management, compliance monitoring & auditing, compliance adherence, and risk identification & mitigation. Before founding HELIO, Marci was a Director at Huron Consulting Group’s Life Sciences Practice. Prior to Huron, Marci began her career in Ernst & Young’s Fraud, Investigation and Dispute Services group focusing on healthcare challenges.

• Marci graduated from Vanderbilt University with a double major in Engineering and Economics prior to obtaining her MBA from Georgia Tech.

• She has traveled to 40+ countries and counting.

• Marci newest hobbies include mahjong, pickleball and ceramics.
