For twenty years, Meredith served as Senior Counsel to the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General (OIG) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C. During her tenure, she drafted numerous advisory opinions, regulations, and guidance documents interpreting the federal Anti-kickback statute and other fraud and abuse laws, served as a compliance monitor overseeing entities under Corporate Integrity Agreements, and negotiated False Claims Act settlements on behalf of OIG.
