Molly is a VP, Ethics & Compliance Officer at AbbVie, a global biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Illinois. Molly leads AbbVie’s Global Investigations, Training & Communications team in AbbVie’s Office of Ethics & Compliance.

Before joining AbbVie’s Office of Ethics & Compliance, Molly spent six years in AbbVie’s Legal Department managing complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining AbbVie, Molly was a partner at the law firm of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.

Molly has a B.A. from DePaul University and a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Molly lives in Highland Park, Illinois, with her husband, two children, and cockapoo Teddy.
