Neil leads a diverse worldwide organisation of Compliance and Risk professionals, is the co-chair of the GSK Risk Oversight and Compliance Council, and an invited attendee at GSK’s Audit and Risk Committee.

With comprehensive Ethics and Compliance experience, he ensures a consistent and cohesive approach to business and principal risk management across all functions and facets of GSK. Additionally, he is accountable for Corporate Investigations and the Risk Analytics and Monitoring organisation, which provides risk insights and assurance on core commercial activities and those of our partners.

Originally from the England, Neil has lived extensively overseas during his career, including USA, China, Belgium and the Philippines.
