Nikki Reeves is an FDA and healthcare regulatory compliance lawyer who has been advising on FDA regulatory matters for more than 25 years. She co-chairs the firm’s Government Matters & Regulation practice group and previously co-chaired the firm’s Life Sciences & Healthcare Industry group for many years. Nikki counsels life sciences manufacturers on FDA and FTC advertising, promotion, and labeling requirements, product recalls, clinical holds, FDA Form 483s, FDA Warning Letters, and other FDA compliance and enforcement matters. She conducts risk assessments and internal investigations and, when necessary, represents her clients before FDA, DOJ, and OIG.
