Sujata Dayal is the Global Chief Compliance Officer for Medline Industries. She is a seasoned compliance leader with over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing complex global compliance programs. Prior to Medline, she has worked for Johnson & Johnson, Biomet and Abbott Laboratories. She is a lawyer by training and started her career at Jones Day Reavis and Pogue. Sujata is passionate about diversity and inclusion and has spoken at various conferences about the subject. She is a member of the Board of the Women’s ERG at Medline and also sits on the Board of Directors of Womankind, a not for profit.
