Tracy Palmer Berns is SVP, Chief Compliance and Quality Assurance Officer of Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. For over 30 years, Ionis has been the leader in RNA-targeted therapy, pioneering new markets and changing standards of care with its novel antisense technology. Ionis currently has three marketed medicines and a premier late-stage pipeline highlighted by its cardiovascular and neurological franchises. Prior to joining Ionis, Tracy has held leadership roles in Compliance and Legal at companies including AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Akcea Therapeutics, and Medtronic. Tracy received her JD from Columbia University.
