Colby Parker is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for Kayne Anderson’s Energy Infrastructure team. Mr. Parker also serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (NYSE: KYN) – a publicly listed, North American energy infrastructure-focused closed-end fund. Since joining Kayne Anderson in 2014, Mr. Parker has held various positions of increasing responsibility. As CFO and Treasurer of KYN, Mr. Parker is responsible for the oversight of accounting, tax, treasury operations, finance, financial reporting and investor relations for KYN. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson, Mr. Parker was a senior associate in Ernst & Young’s Houston assurance practice. Mr. Parker earned a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University in 2010 and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas
