Dave is a Managing Director in KeyBanc Capital Markets’ Debt Capital Markets High Grade and High Yield Capital Markets group, where he focuses on the origination, structuring and distribution of corporate debt in the U.S. investment grade, high yield markets and traditional private placements. He is responsible for client coverage in Real Estate, Commercial and Native American Gaming and Financial Services sectors. Dave has been involved in the execution of transactions in various asset classes and securities, including term loans, second lien notes, asset securitizations and preferred stock. Dave joined KeyBanc Capital Markets in May 2003.

Early in his career he worked in High Yield Credit Research in the fixed income department at McDonald Investments, the predecessor of KeyBanc Capital Markets.

Dave has an undergraduate degree from the Palumbo Donahue School of Business at Duquesne University.
