Esteban Uauy Rabie serves as Managing Director for Atlas Renewable Energy’s Structured Finance division, bringing over 15 years of expertise from leading international banking institutions. Transitioning from the banking sector to renewable energy, Esteban has established himself as a specialist in project financing and structured finance, with a focus on advancing large-scale renewable energy initiatives across different geographies and technologies.

Throughout his career, Esteban has participated in and led financings exceeding US$15 billion in aggregate debt for renewable and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Atlas Renewable Energy he spearheaded DNB Bank ASA’s project finance team for Latin America.

Esteban holds a Master of Science in Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. In addition to his role at Atlas, he contributes his expertise as a Board Member for multiple organizations, where he provides risk-based financial guidance to boards and their stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and sound governance.
