Ms.Valladares is a seasoned debt capital markets professional who has originated and distributed in excess of US$30 billion of debt financings across global markets. Ms. Valladares’ began her career within the Debt Capital Markets division of Merrill Lynch, where she was a product specialist in the Debt Private Placements team. In January 2023 she joined Commonwealth Bank of Australia as Head of the Private Placement team. She has been originating transactions from Australia and New Zealand clients for twenty years.
