John Tsui, Managing Principal of Peninsula House, LLC is engaged as a single family office investing across private markets and private investment grade fixed income. Among investment themes include NAV lending, GP and LP liquidity solution, sports lease financing, regulatory capital risk transfer, DIP revolver, secondary end of life stub, tag along private equity co-investment, capital stack solutions, mortgage servicing rights. He was appointed by Hon. John C. Whitehead to serve on the Board of Directors of the Boys Scout of America and The Economic Club of New York. He is a member of Institutional Limited Partner Association (ILPA), former member of Pension Real Estate Association and Young Presidents Organization. He earned his BS from Michigan State University, MS from Columbia University and an OPM degree from Harvard Business School.
