Joe joined MUFG’s Private Placement and Project Bond team in February 2022 and is involved in the origination, structuring, and distribution of private placements. During his time on the team, MUFG has consistently been ranked #4 for Private Placements and #1 for Project Bonds in their respective League Tables. Joe has worked on over 100 transactions, raising over $50 billion of total transaction volumes for issuer clients.

Prior to joining MUFG’s Private Placement and Project Bond team, Joe worked on MUFG’s TMT and Sports team for 7 years, specializing in Sports Finance, with responsibilities including credit underwriting and portfolio and relationship management. Prior to joining MUFG, Joe spent 2 years at TD Bank in its middle market banking group.

Joe holds a BS in Accountancy and a BS in Business Administration (Finance) from Villanova University.
