Leigh is the Port of Melbourne’s Chief Finance & Strategy Officer He leads the development of the Port’s strategy and long-term plans, the Port’s financial management, funding and regulation. Before joining Port of Melbourne, Leigh was the Chief Financial Officer of Monash University and was previously a General Manager and Vice President with Transurban in Australia and North America. Leigh has extensive global experience in infrastructure development and operation and has worked in Australia, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
