Michael Dickson is a Managing Director in Citigroup's Private Debt Capital Markets team and is a key contributor to both the origination and execution of private placement transactions. In his nearly 25 years dedicated to the private placement market, Michael has executed nearly 150 transactions, amounting to over $50 billion in proceeds. Michael was formerly at BNP Paribas as well Deutsche Bank, where he was Global Co-Head for Private Placements based in London. Prior to his career in finance, Michael was a Captain in the US Army in Europe. He has an undergraduate degree from West Point and an MBA from Indiana University.
