Olamide Bello is an Executive Director at Nomura Asset Management International, leading infrastructure investments in private fixed income. She brings over 20 years of experience spanning consulting, banking, and senior finance roles at Macquarie Asset Management and Voya. Beyond her corporate leadership, Olamide founded Paradigm Shift Partners, a financial literacy education platform, and hosts the PSP: The Shift podcast. She serves as Treasurer on the board of Nana Grants. Olamide holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of Ibadan, an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, and is a CFA charterholder.
