Before joining Heinrich & Mortinger, Paul worked in the structured finance department of an well-known Austrian private bank. Paul holds master degrees in Banking & Finance and Economics. Since joining Heinrich & Mortinger in 2007, Paul has been assisting clients primarily in connection with refinancings and restructurings, Infrastructure Finance and M&A. He has more than twenty years of professional experience in these areas. Paul successfully closed a large number of structured financings and M&A transactions predominantly for European infrastructure clients.
