Since joining Mizuho 10 years ago, Rich has led the development of Mizuho’s top 5 global US Private Placement franchise. Prior to Mizuho, Rich had a 22-year tenure at J.P. Morgan where he served as the Global Head of US Private Placements. Rich specializes in structuring and placing domestic and cross border corporate finance transactions with particular expertise in the utility, infrastructure and energy sectors.

Rich earned his B.A. from Kenyon College.
